This meeting was attended by 170 attendees which included faculty and postgraduate residents from 8 medical colleges of Pune, consultants from private hospitals and other private labs. The meeting started with a welcome address by Professor and Head Of the Department, Dr. Charusheela Gore followed by a guest lecture by Dr. Saranya Singaravel on \"Approach to lung biopsies\". This was followed by a PG quiz on Immunohistochemistry. Respected dean Dr. J. S. Bhawalkar sir felicitated the speaker and gave an inspiring talk. This was followed by a discussion slide seminar of 10 cases already distributed to various participating institutions for diagnoses. The cases were presented by faculties of department of pathology. There was a very active discussion on the diagnoses by all the attendees. After this academic feast, winners of the PG quiz and dignitaries were felicitated. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks by professor Dr. Archana Buch.
