Department of General Medicine had organized a Medical Education Technology Workshop (As per NMC Requirement) on 25^th & 26^th April 2023 at MEU Hall, 3^rd Floor Medical College Building for Medicine JR-I & JR-II from 12:30 to 4:30 pm followed by SDL (Self Directed Learning), feedback and reflection writing by the participants. The total duration of the workshop was 16 hours.

The workshop was graced by esteemed guests Dean Dr. J.S. Bhawalkar, Director Academics Dr. Vatsalaswamy & Professor of Clinical Eminence and Director Academic Collaborations Dr. A.L Kakrani. It was moderated by Dr. Pragya Sharma, SR, Department of Medicine.

The opening note for the workshop was given by Dean Dr. J. S. Bhawalkar & Professor & Head of Department of Medicine Dr. Shubhangi Kanitkar. This was followed by lamp lighting ceremony by the dignitaries.

After lamp lighting ceremony, the workshop was conducted as per schedule. The faculty of MEU and Department of Medicine were the esteemed speakers.

On 26^th May 2023 (second day), the MET workshop was conducted as per schedule with full attendance of 47 participants. The workshop was concluded with a valedictory attended by Dr. Shubhangi Kanitkar, Professor, Head of Department of Medicine in the presence of Dr. Pramila Menon, Convenor of MEU and Professor of Department of Paediatrics, Dr. Madhulika Mahashabde, Professor, Department of Medicine and other faculty members of Department of Medicine.

A total of 47 PG students (JR1 and JR2) of Medicine Department were the participants in the workshop.
