‘World stroke day’ was observed on 29^th October 2022 by Department of Neurology in association with Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Physiotherapy, Pimpri, Pune.

\n\n

On this occasion public awareness programme was organized in the foyer of High tech building 1^st floor. Patients & relatives are educated. The symptoms of stroke and need to bring the patient to fully equipped hospital like ours. Handouts of stroke symptoms in English & Marathi were distributed.

A talk was given by Dr. Prajwal Rao, Asso. Prof & Dr. Pravin Naphade, Asso. Prof on Puneri Radio Awaz. It was broadcast twice on 29 October 2022.
