We were honored to welcome Dr. Dwarkanathan Ranganathan, who serves as an adjunct professor in the Department of Nephrology at Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College, Hospital & Research Centre, Pune-18, as well as an associate professor at Griffith School of Medicine and Dentistry in Australia.

A case of nephrotic syndrome was presented, which was followed by healthy interaction with residents and faculty, followed by the presentation of histopathological slide discussion by third-year nephrology residents.

Topic discussion and progress of study were carried out by our Ph.D. candidate. A talk on advances in the management of C3 Glomerulopathy was given by Dr. Dwarkanathan Ranganathan. His insights and expertise greatly enriched our gathering.

In a CME conducted by our department in accordance with the Pune Branch of the Indian Society of Nephrology. A difficult case of membranous nephropathy was presented by our third-year resident, which was preceded by an enlightening talk on the newer treatment modalities of membranous nephropathy by Dr. Dwarkanathan Ranganathan.

This program was by over 30 delegates consisting of renowned nephrologists of Pune.
