The Department of General Medicine had organized a Guest Lecture on “Antimicrobial Resistance: Global and local challenges” by Dr. Matthew Robinson,M. D., Assistant Professor in Infectious disease, JHU on 26th June 2024 at the College Auditorium.

Dr. J. S. Bhawalkar, Dean felicitated the guest. Eminent members like Dr. A. L. Kakrani and Dr. S. Tripathi graced the occasion with their esteemed attendance.

Dr. Shubhangi Kanitkar, Professor and HOD, Dept of General Medicine welcomed the guests. Dr. Manasi Harale, Associate professor Department of Medicine and GGRID coordinator gave a brief introduction about the Guest. Dr. Manaswini Edara gave a vote of thanks.

The above guest lecture was attended by over 200 UG and PG students from various departments.
