The Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy of Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth establishes a zero-tolerance approach to bribery, corruption, fraud, embezzlement, kickbacks, facilitating payments, and misuse of university authority or resources, in accordance with the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and other applicable requirements. It applies to employees, faculty, students, contractors, vendors, affiliates, partners, and third parties acting on behalf of the university. The policy provides for transparent financial and procurement practices, confidential or anonymous reporting, investigation and disciplinary action, protection of whistleblowers from retaliation, and due diligence of external entities.
