This policy establishes the Internal Committee of Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune, to prevent, prohibit, and redress sexual harassment and provide a safe, equitable, and dignified workplace and academic environment. It applies to women employees, students, contractual staff, vendors, contractors, and visitors, and defines the committee’s composition and responsibilities, complaint and inquiry procedures, interim measures, confidentiality, protection against retaliation, disciplinary actions, awareness programs, and monitoring and reporting.
