The Revised Energy Efficiency and Energy Conservation Policy of Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune establishes commitments and measures to reduce energy consumption, increase renewable-energy use, minimize environmental impact, and promote an energy-efficient culture. It applies across the Vidyapeeth’s constituent colleges and institutions, hostels, hospitals, canteens, staff quarters, offices, and related stakeholders, with provisions for energy audits, efficient buildings and equipment, solar power, operational controls, awareness programmes, monitoring, reporting, and periodic review.
