The DPU Training and Placement Policy 2024 establishes a framework for career counselling, skill development, internships, industry interaction, recruitment, and placement activities across the University’s constituent colleges and institutions. It defines the composition and responsibilities of Vidyapeeth- and college-level Training and Placement Cells, along with student eligibility, conduct, participation, communication, feedback, and disciplinary requirements. The policy also provides for confidential complaint handling, annual review and updates, and clarifies that the Training and Placement Cell facilitates opportunities but does not guarantee employment or placement.
