Human Support Policy

Policy of Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth aligned with SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth.

This revised Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth policy establishes a framework for advancing women’s equity, empowerment, safety, and equal opportunity across the university. It applies to faculty, staff, students, and administrative personnel and covers admissions, recruitment, scholarships and fee waivers, support services, curriculum and research, leadership, campus safety, community outreach, health, data reporting, and policy review. It also incorporates protections and responsibilities related to non-discrimination, sexual-harassment prevention, gender-based violence, and inclusive education.
