The DPU IT Policy establishes requirements for protecting institutional, student, staff, academic, administrative, and healthcare information while ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of IT resources. It covers data privacy and student-record security, access control, malware protection, email use, CampusERP and HIMS operations, digital and blended learning, technology governance, and security incident response. The document also defines learning-systems and IT-infrastructure roadmaps, including network, storage, Wi-Fi, backup, and cybersecurity improvements.
